Quality has always been a strategic factor for Italtel, a way of thinking, a way of looking at products, solutions and services in relation to the needs of customers and stakeholders. Italtel's concept of quality has developed over time through participation in industry organizations and international bodies that set rules and methods to achieve the highest levels of quality.
Italtel has been certified ISO 9001 since 1992 and among the first Italian companies to certify their Quality Management System.
This quest for quality has been rewarded with a significant number of awards. For example, in 2005 Italtel received the "Certificate of Excellence" awarded by Sincert (now Accredia), the national system of accreditation of certification bodies and inspection.
